DAS EXPERTENAUSTAUSCHPROGRAMM DES KATASTROPHENSCHUTZMECHANISMUS DER UNION ERMÖGLICHT DIE ABORDNUNG VON KATASTROPHENSCHUTZEXPERTEN, DIE EIN GEOGRAFISCHES GEBIET VON 52 STAATEN ABDECKEN.

Das Katastrophenschutzverfahren der Union führt ein aktives und umfassendes Schulungsprogramm durch, das Experten aus ganz Europa ein vertieftes Wissen über die Anforderungen europäischer Katastrophenschutzmissionen bietet. Die Ausbildung hilft den Experten, ihre Koordinations- und Bewertungsfähigkeiten bei der Katastrophenbewältigung zu verbessern.

Das Programm wird gemeinsam durch das Expertenaustausch-System der UCPM getragen, das die Abordnung von Katastrophenschutzexperten ermöglicht. Dieser Austausch erstreckt sich über ein geographisches Gebiet, das 52 Staaten umfasst und bietet den Teilnehmern die Möglichkeit, Zugang zu Wissen und Erfahrung über alle Aspekte von Notfallinterventionen und die unterschiedlichen Ansätze der nationalen Systeme zu erhalten.
